SVP - PROJECTS Hotel/Commercial/Mall

- Residential guys won't do; only hotel/mall/commercial real estate

- Manage 3 outstation projects hence travel a lot

- Should not have handled only 1 part of project; Head project from inception to completion

- Should be involved in strategic, decision making role, managed budgeting, been involved in selecting external consultants, etc.

- Last 5 years experience in leading Project Execution of large scale hotel projects

- Drive end-to-end project execution for a 5 Star Hotel project, retail & commercial, ensure seamless, timely, within cost & quality standards, by effective project management

- Drive continuous improvement, value engineering & innovation across all project operations

- Review, revalidate & finalize Project Drawings with the Architecture team & consultants

- Project Plan based on inputs from business leadership; provide inputs to planning team wrt activity level break down, timelines, project risks etc

- Prepare risk mitigation strategies & action plan for each identified risk including credible backup options; implement & ensure adherence to the plan

- Verify detailed scope of work based on BOQ, quality levels & timelines as per project plan; finalize best possible contractual terms for Contractor Empanelment

- Monitor Procurement of Material & Equipment & adhere to agreed quality, quantity & schedule

- Define SOPs & ensure adherence for the entire Project operations

- Define quality assurance & control norms and ensure adherence in all construction activities

- Responsible for all statutory compliances related to HSE and for all project personnel

- Ensure all Licenses/ NOCs required as per the project life-cycle are obtained from various Government agencies before commencing construction activities

- Work closely with External Design Consultants / Architects, Contractors/ Vendors, Local Municipal Authorities, Government, Statutory & regulatory bodies

- Leader with strong project & stake holder management skills, contract documentation & management

- Responsible for planning, value engineering, innovation in project design & execution, cost management etc

- BE, 15-20 years experience, 37-42 years of age
