The requirement is for a Premier custodian Bank based in Pune.

The successful candidate will have experience incubating and growing software development teams, managing multiple teams with multiple product sets, familiarity with all major forms of development lifecycles and methodologies and the ability to work in a global environment with product and development teams located throughout the world.

It is expected that this individual has considerable experience and strong technical background to gain the respect of staff.

- Aligned with the CTO and working closely with Asset Management and Digital Experience Solutions BU CIOs, build, lead and grow multiple software engineering and support teams

- Help recruit, develop and mentor high performing and diverse teams across various workgroups within the Asset Management and Digital Experience Solutions verticals

- Working with the BU CIOs, ensure that all product development is aligned with BU strategic product plans

- Present strategies, technologies and insights to executive management, client and industry forums Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work by employees and outside technology contractors.

- Keep abreast of emerging technology trends. Asses and identify trends that are appropriate for us and suggest strategies for incorporation.

- Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness by building strong team/technical competencies.

- Own and manage financial plans for assigned areas.

- In large scale, global software programs, partner with technology leaders worldwide to ensure optimum program delivery

- Own APAC support and escalation related to relevant applications and/or tools that are used in region

- Assumes accountability for the performance management, career development, and diversity programs in assigned areas.

- Promote teamwork in problem resolution. Foster an environment of open discussion and collaboration

- Ensures adherence to organizational policies, guidelines and processes

- Experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 of those years in a senior management capacity within financial services is required

- Strong domain knowledge and experience working with Wealth Management, Capital Markets trading and Asset Management technology platforms.
