- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure workflows will meet end user needs and capture all sets of requirements.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases
- Identify issues/concerns and recommend solutions for any/all high risk project elements
- Tracking of project, progress, status and deadlines
- MIS Reporting
- Actively manage operational risk - reporting on status reports and key development issues to project sponsors, stakeholders and Program Management
- Ensure strong emphasis on escalation within the team
- Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
- Management of virtual teams
