We have been retained by a foreign bank to identify a Senior Vice President - Corporate Banking (Origination & Client Coverage - MNC Business) to be based at Mumbai. JOB PURPOSE : - Assume responsibility for delivering corporate banking products to customers including end-to-end execution of loan transactions. - Develop and maintain effective corporate relationships. - Meet Corporate Banking objectives through negotiations with various business / product verticals. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Origination & sourcing corporate banking business to offer fund based and non fund-based products. - Cross selling of treasury and other corporate banking products. - Advise corporate clients on funding requirements, syndicated loans & offer structured products. - Good understanding of the different corporate sectors and the scenario in each sector for fund arrangement from international banks through different instruments including long term loans, structured finance etc. - Credit administration and documentation. - Adherence to strict KYC/AML requirements while on-boarding the MNC clients. - Identification and management of credit risk effectively. DESIRED SKILLS : - Strong origination and deal closure skills. - Good relationship management & service focus Skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal & influential Skills. - Sound problem solving and decision making skills. - Should be proactive, focused & service oriented - Ability to anticipate & identify client needs - Strong planning and organizing skills CANDIDATE PROFILE : - Candidates should be Chartered Accountants or MBAs from premium business schools with about 12 to 15 years relevant experience in a reputed bank or NBFC.
