Senior Vice President - Leasing Support - Logistics Business (15-20 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the project design & costing finalisation is in place
- Ensure proposals & RFPs submitted within the time frame & quality as per SOP
- Ensure the cost updated done as per project budget signed off for all locations
- Reviews COP, design, schedule, costing and necessary signoff with projects prior to submitting RFP
- Review deal summaries & ensure the smooth submissions of LOI/ATL/LD & management approvals
- Ensure the timely submission of annexures & schedules for final lease agreement
- Ensure the 100% process adherence
- Responsible for timely execution of all the new & existing lease transactions
- Review the commercial options of lease/rentals for all new deals
- Review the cost incurred for development of property, ensure costs are converted in to commercials and keep competitive lease options ready for rentals of existing or new properties
- Monitor & review existing/new lease related transactions, rent modelling, resolve existing client queries
- Conduct frequent market survey or study of existing & new markets
