POSITION - Senior Vice President (IT Shared Services Solution Lead) LOCATION Hyderabad (Looking for Local candidate) Skills Required - 15+ years of total experience with the past 8-10 spent in understanding and articulating potential client requirements and building winning technical solutions. - Experience of IT Infrastructure Solutions is MUST - Solutioning across - Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Network, Service desk, Telecom ,Email and Messaging ,EUS etc (NOT LOOKING FOR APPLICATION SOLUTIONS) - Proficient knowledge in overall technologies, infrastructure, cloud services, software development, systems integration and development. - Deep knowledge of IT trends and ability to devise solutions to address both current and future client needs through innovative use proven emerging technologies. Summary : The IT Shared Services Solution Lead will be responsible for driving the creation and enhancement of IT solutions that focus on addressing business challenges and needs that drive efficiency and performance effectiveness for the business and stakeholders across Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Network, Service desk, Telecom ,Email and Messaging ,EUS etc Key Responsibilities- - Analyse IT Infrastructure Services requirements and design appropriate cost-effective services/solutions - Solutions/Service Design dealing with all components of an IT Infrastructure, Transition & Transformation (Technology & Services) - Evaluate, recommend, architect and implement services solutions to enhance the IT Infrastructure Services. - Build solution documents, effort estimates & pricing. - Responsible to build and propose transformational services to end customers, identify triggers, identify key IT Infrastructure issues which impact the business and make recommendations - Build and develop business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer and present the same to various stakeholders within the company. - Present technical briefings to executives, map competition and develop appropriate winning solutions - Actively be involved in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Solutions, Pricing, information, bids, proposals and statements of work
