Senior Vice President/India Head - Sales - Enterprise Tech Firm (15-25 yrs)
ABOUT THE CLIENT: Our client is a fast growing Enterprise Technology company.
BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE: Our client is looking for a SVP & India Sales Head with strong experience of selling SAAS / Enterprise Software solutions.
- Scale up business through a combination of winning new logos (hunting) and managing existing logos (farming)
- Drive new client acquisition through a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales.
- Work with the Sales Operations, Tech and Product team to work on sales trainings and product training to improve win ratio
- 15+ years of enterprise / corporate / B2B sales experience
- Enterprise Software / SAAS Product sales experience in India is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience of scaling up businesses
- Team building experience is mandatory
