Job Description :
- Work with executive management, locally and globally to strategically manage, maintain and achieve all company & departmental operational goals set out yearly. Play an active role in drafting these goals year on year.
- Effectively strategize, implement, monitor and communicate short to long term goals by providing detailed project plans. Project Manage these plans as a sponsor to completion.
- Lead a number of Vice President Team and their teams. Acting as a point of contact and escalation for the clients (Both internal and external) they service, the colleagues we work with, and your staff.
- Ensure the department is well organized, resourced and equipped to service clients, while minimizing all key departmental performance indicators (Overtime, Timeliness, and Risk).
- Monitor and take ownership of our exposure to risk, by challenging existing controls and best practice to ensure that support is appropriate; escalating judiciously where there are issues. Help draft new models of best practice as and when needed.
- Investigate and signoff on all priority risk incidents logged to ensure corrective procedures and controls have been implemented to avoid repeat.
