Senior Vice President - Healthcare Consulting - Patient CRM (8-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Delivery of all product/ platform/ solutions for patient & doctor centre solutions for healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies and other customers across countries
- Responsible for end-to-end execution and implementation of all projects across geographies
- Ensure time-bound, comprehensive and accurate implementation of platforms (patient centric solutions)
- Lead the existing delivery & implementation team
- Work closely with Sales team to understand client context/ requirements, project/ platform deliverables and develop the delivery roadmap for the same
- Work closely with the Technology & QA teams to ensure required customization, development and deployment
- Responsible for error-free implementation of platform as per the required architecture
- Collaborate with internal content development, marketing, medical and other teams as required per the project scope/ client deliverables
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting with Technology understanding
- Must haves: MBA and Computer Science/ IT engineering from Tier-1 colleges
- Additional points for Healthcare experience
