Senior Vice President/Head - Centre of Excellence - Financial Services (15-20 yrs)

Job Description :

The Global Group provides a highly skilled employee base and state-of-the-art technology to further our key focus on providing best in class Corporate Services to multiple PE real estate portfolio companies. Sectors include Hospitality, Industrial, Multi-Family, Office, Retail, Senior Housing, and Manufactured Homes.

- Partner with senior leadership across the firm to enable - front-to-back- planning, driving co-location of engineering and operations functions across key service scopes.

- Shape the firm's platform, agile, cloud and employee strategy by building out our India centre of excellence to scale to support global operations

- Position the Firm as an employer of choice by driving branding, culture and values across the firm

- Influence Firm leadership by establishment and cultivation of regular communications, creating visibility around successes of the region and driving further growth

- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, and responsible for centralising and managing vendor spend

- Daily oversight and management :

a. Responsible for driving centralisation, standardisation and change across global functions, enabling COE to be a catalyst for greater operational efficiencies and global synergies

b. Head local operating committees, influencing talent management, diversity practices, planning processes, culture and risk management

c. Represent and champion COE in Business, Regional and Divisional OpCos in a global forum

d. Actively engage with COE leadership, local and global business unit heads, People and Culture and the Firm's Operating Committee

e. Oversee the management of India's risk framework, including mitigation of conduct and operational risks

f. Ensure Business Continuity Planning

g. Influence office space planning, management, and forecasting cash flows

Eligibility Criterion :

- Previous track record of leading a financial services organization in India with at least 10-plus years in a Fin Tech environment

- Evidence of leading transformation and change management programs within a complex global organization

- Experience of scaling and managing large teams of 1000+

- Experience of Site leadership - preferably financial services but not a must

- Experience of growing and building culture in fast growing environment

- Experience managing complex global stakeholders

- Deep understanding of India labour market and other local nuances

- A proven influencer with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels to drive successful outcomes in line with business and operational management globally

- Experienced public speaker with ability to represent the Firm at local and international events

- Knowledge of the core facets of revenue-generating Front Office business units, and the operational structures required for their successful execution

- Demonstrates initiative, judgment and decision making
