Senior Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS (14-23 yrs)

The Role Responsibilities :

This role will be responsible for partnering with the Head of Finance Performance Management to design, build and deliver a best practice Finance performance reporting, planning and analytics capability.

Key elements of the role include :

- Define, build & run a target state P2P process organisation for in line with Target Operating Model

- Enable the alignment, standardisation & synergies across Finance both in the hub & within Countries

- Develop & deliver a digital reporting end state for Finance, partnering with the broader P2P & change community to leverage existing toolsets & expertise such as data transformation, visualisation, and predicative modelling

- Having a detailed understanding of the business performance dynamics and the ability to drive insights and decision support to CFOs and the business

- Ensure the successful delivery of key processes such as Corporate Plan and Management Business Reviews

Strategy :

- Co-create a shared process vision with Finance leadership, spanning all aspects of the Plan to Perform universe

- Act as a champion and advocate for standardisation & optimisation within the Finance community and represent in all Group process discussions including all Strategic Change process initiatives such as the conversion to F based accounting, Simplification of cost allocations & conversion to SAP based reporting

- Unify all Finance related activity within Plan to Perform into one integrated and optimised management structure, driving a relentless effort prioritisation and optimisation mindset in all that we do

- Establish the relationships and training necessary to develop decision support and advisory capability within the GFS hub locations.

- Partner with Finance leadership to define & deliver a standard suite of best practice reporting and analytics capabilities. Delivering client & decision oriented insight in a standard & efficient way

Business :

- Build a team of Financial analysts and reporting experts capable of providing quality insights and decision support to a wide range of Finance and Business stakeholder

Processes :

- Ensure a clear end to end understanding & documentation of Finance's core reporting & planning capabilities and requirements

- Design and establish the target state reporting & planning processes that will drive standard outcomes by integrating group, regional and country expectations

- Build a culture of continuous process improvement, standardisation of procedures, and implementation of a robust control framework to optimise current state

- Drive prioritisation & resource allocation discussions to deliver end state designs, aligned to GCFO QPR.

People and Talent :

- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with the Finance and P2P Leadership teams

- Deliver a robust & sustainable talent development approach which attracts and retains top talent whilst developing meaningful careers for our people

Risk Management :

- Responsible for ensuring adequate operational risk controls are in place within all relevant processes, in line with Group Finance policies and procedures

Governance :

- Ensure Standard Governance Process across various verticals in line with GPO strategy

- Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.

- Adhere to bank / regulatory policies governing data quality and controls

Regulatory & Business Conduct :

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
