The role is responsible for ensuring a robust governance and control framework with regards to Technology operations. The candidate should have minimum 15 years of work experience with at least 10 years in a large global bank having demonstrated expertise in setting up governance frameworks and driving transformation in terms of cost, efficiency and control. - Enhance processes and engagement models - Develop and monitor performance metrics for Retail & Corporate Banking - Run steering committees and PMO for large programs - Act as Financial Controller for Technology - Consolidate vendor engagements and build long-term partnerships - SPOC for auditors, regulators and senior management - Maintain an up-to-date Technology roadmap
