Sr.VP Engineering _OMS (Operation & Maintenance Services) business. Key Must Haves : 1. Provide Technical / Engineering support to OMS team 2. WTG Engineering support such as Condition Monitoring, WTG Technical Audit, Power Curve Analysis Development of Special Tools, Jigs & Fixtures 3. Provide customer support, understand customer's requirements & deliverables and resolve their queries. 4. Carry out improvement in reliability, robustness and efficiency of customer assets with special emphasis on Generation increase. 5. Provide support to Valued Customers in the event of Major Breakdowns, in terms of mobilizing special tools, cranes, jigs & fixtures, expert services, material etc in time bound manner and co-ordinate same Value Engineering (VE), Budget Planning & Inventory Management competency 1. Carry out Budget Planning and Control for Technical Services Department 2. Conceive, plan, budget, take approvals so as to schedule, organize, co-ordinate, mobilize & execute optimization projects (Majar Retrofits, Special Projects) within agreed time frame and budget. 1. Provide Value Engineering Solutions to OMS by taking specific projects (such as crane less de-erections, improvement in Lubrication in WTG Slew Bearing, Re-packed Lubrication 2.Ennsure timely implementation of Technical Change Instruction & Engineering Instruction. 1.Ensure early stabilization for newly introduced wind turbine models, 2.Plan and monitor operation and maintenance of HT and EHV Substation in all states. 3.Monitor execution of Condition Monitoring and Technical Audits at OMS sites. 1.Manage high value spares (Nacelle / GB / Gen / Trafo / Blades) 2.Inventory Management Support, Repairs - in house and vendors 1.Ensure motivation, Learning & development and engagement of Engineering. 2.Carry out goal setting and appraisal of Engineering team 3. Give vision and priorities for Learning and Development function for OMS team members and monitor L&D delivarables.
