- Professional Qualifications : Minimum of 15 years- experience of setting up large technology-oriented scale centre of excellence comprising of 100+ team size. Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large ERP projects with multiple interfaces involved and/or two large-scale full life cycle implementations. Has worked in Agile delivery ecosystem. Proven experience in people, risk and change management.
- Proven experience working across multiple geographies in rapidly changing environment.
- Strong programme management skills with emphasis on building effective teams, experience with Agile deliveries preferred. Strong track record of delivering major data programs. Business and technical data leadership.
- Setting up a large ERP support team in Bangalore
- Successful operationalization of the new ERP centre of excellence (CoE) including the governance processes,CoE framework, best practices, methods, tools and accelerators in line with banks delivery methodology.
- Creation of a harmonious working environment, minimalising impact of churn on the ongoing operational performance.
- Building and delivering a strategy that ensures resources, business alignment, support processes, risks and costs are appropriately managed
- Proficient in workforce management practises: Supporting resource growth, capacity planning, attrition management so that the deliverables are met.
- Training and development: identifying needs and issues, defining interventions with L&D specialists, evaluating outcomes and cross training the resources
- Working as primary contact person who will interface with the management / business on all ERP related engagements
- Providing guidance and leadership to enforce defined standard governance practices around incident/problem management processes, change control processes, and minor enhancement requests
- Proactively handling problems and making decisions based on the understanding of critical issues and priorities
- Providing guidance and direction on ERP future roadmap to align with IT Architecture roadmap
- Leading the build,test and deployment teams for the Country Roll Out from India to meet the agreed milestones of the country deployment plan
- Manage, develop and sustain effective working relationship with the multiple stakeholders across ERP.
- Contribute to the strategic development, direction, planning and execution of the programme.
- Play a key role in ensuring that change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget.
- Define, Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors throughout the transformation journey.
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities throughout their project plans.
- Ensure group standards are maintained with the correct level of due diligence and control considered as part of programme documentation
- Help support standardisation across different Aspire Group Programmes, connecting ERP with other key initiatives.
- The Data Program element of the role would lead the data offshore data acquisition strategy with specific responsibilities for data sourcing deliver and the overall architecture.
Data Sourcing Delivery :
- Validate Data Sourcing roadmap, develop detailed plan and track milestone delivery
- Ensure adequate skilled resources are available to deliver the plan
- Implement regular status reporting and escalation channels for significant issues or delays
- Ensure appropriate controls are developed to validate data integrity
- Facilitate issue resolution
- Establish project governance
- Manage project budget
Data Architecture :
- Define and implement effective data solutions to store and retrieve relevant data in a timely manner
- Ensure data modelling standards comply with internal guidelines and established industry best practice
- Ensure datastore implementation complies with internal and external regulations
- Design resiliency solutions that achieve user requirements
- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions
- Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems
