Purpose of the Role: Responsible for identifying and making new D2C capabilities and deliver business numbers and profitability, responsible for segment growth, customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital innovation, digital development for direct to customer channel and products
- Lead digital sourcing, capability building and deliver business objectives
- Customer delight through digital interventions.
- Cost Savings through digital processes.
- Manage teams across marketing, call centre and product
- Define digital roadmap that aligns with the company strategy and market opportunities
- Manage ideas, products, features from planning stages through implementation and continue with future developments with complete ownership
- Overseeing new product development, credit policies and processes and digital sourcing within the organization
- Work and coordinate with IT, engineering, analytics, other functional and business leaders to define, estimate and prioritize the work effort
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: Prior Banking / NBFC experience primarily in a leadership role into managing the Digital Lending role.
No. of years of relevant experience: 12 - 18 years of experience in finance with 3-5 years in Digital lending preferably
Any specific specialization/education: Tech/MBA/ post graduate degree preferably from Tier-1 institute
