Senior Vice President - Delivery Head - Digital - IT Product Firm

We are hiring a Sr. Vice President for IT product company Delivery Head_Digital

- Overall 20+ years of IT experience in design and development of java enterprise applications with proven leadership and team management.

- Minimum 5+ years experience in managing a software delivery team

- Sound understanding of the digital landscape and a solid understanding of web, mobile infrastructure

- Experience of working in complex software and application development environments (e.g. design, transition, operation)

- Demonstrable track record of successful delivery of large-scale, high profile strategic digital transformation projects alongside solid commercial experience in managing innovation initiatives - Digital and Mobile projects

- Any experience of Multi-platform delivery experience in digital banking or retail/consumer banking would be a distinct advantage

- Proven experience using agile project management methods

- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity, working with multidisciplinary teams

- Excellent communication and client management skills.

- Must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.

- Open for travel on demand as deemed necessary for the project delivery

- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects/engagements

- Working experience of successfully delivery in a cross functional environment

- High level understanding of Java enterprise application architectures

- Hands on in problem identification and issue resolution

- Should have familiarity with Agile Development, i.e. Scrum, Continuous Integration and Dev Ops concepts (automated deployments, monitoring/alerting etc.)
