The Global Consumer Bank Operations & Fraud Data Transformation organization is responsible for establishing the strategic vision, governance, metrics, and execution plan associated with our global data transformation agenda. The organization serve as the subject matter expert on behalf of GCB operations for all efforts related to data transformation. The incumbent will serve as a SME for specific data workstream related to Consent order to help facilitate execution and ensure that the operations perspective is integrated into the data transformation and governance work.

Responsibilities :

- Supports planning, directing and execution of day-to-day activities of running specific data transformation initiatives

- Applies in-depth understanding of how data work streams integrate across Operations, Data Governance, Data Architecture, and Implementation areas to support data transformation across GCB.

- Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the data transformation program schedule and key milestones.

- Serve as a liaison between operations SMEs and Data Transformation execution team to ensure appropriate level of engagement.

- Works with Data Transformation Program Sponsors to ensure Operations and Fraud action plan is in line with business objectives.

- Manage milestones and execution for specific initiatives within Data Transformation program.

- Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.

- Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

- Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement

- Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions.

- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications :

- strong experience working within data centric organizations.

- Experience working in a matrixed organization with emphasis on Data Management, Quality, Governance and Transformation.

- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods

- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

Education:

- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
