- The role is that of a Senior VP Technology (CTO) for a global investment management firm.
- The opportunity is to be a part of global leadership and build an India development centre from scratch.
- Looking for people with 15+ years of relevant experince in a technology leadership role with Investment banks and other fintech MNCs.

Our client is a global financial services organization. It is a technology driven investment management firm, that is looking to set up their technology development centre in Mumbai. They build produts in-house and have an huge clientele that continues to grow.
Description
- Build, drive and implement the company's technology startegy
- Build a world class technology team in India
- Lead a team of engineers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, service delivery
- Mentor and lead the team to achieve new hiets each day and build world-class products
Profile
- B.E/ B.Tech or MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute
- At least 15+ years of experinece in the fintech and financial services space, building products and teams from scratch
- Experience building and working with complex applications that can handle large volumes and scale
- Prior CTO/CIO or VP Technology experience ina large MNC (preferably in Investment Banks) is a must-have
- In-depth knowledge and experience in building highly scalable, transactional fault-tolerant applications using the latest technologies
