Sr VP Corporate Strategy with a MNC Bank

We are looking for a Sr VP Corporate Strategy role with one of our clients based out of Mumbai. Our client is one of the MNC Banks.

- Collaborate with the various teams across the Bank to develop effective end-to-end customer acquisition, retention and engagement programs

- Implement strategies to grow the customer base

- Value Proposition: Understanding market and competitive landscape

- Customer segmentation: Identify, understand and target segments to develop the appropriate programs and communications strategy.

- He/She should have 15-20 years of experience in Banking Industry be it Retail/Corporate / Investment Banking.

- We are looking at female candidates from BFSI sector preferably from a Bank or fintech company (prior exp in working in a bank is must),

- Candidate should have done her MBA from Tier 1 institute.
