Our client is an international leader in the fund services industry and due to an internal reorganization have created a new role for an experienced individual in their Corporate Actions division.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Providing local leadership and oversight on the Corporate action functions
- Monitoring and enhancing operational key performance indicators
- Proactively leading continuous improvement initiative
- Taking an active role in the local Hub Leadership Team and Initiatives
- Managing a large team across multiple locations.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 15+ years of work experience in fund industry including Corporate Actions
- Proven ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
- Strong organizational, control, project management, communication and negotiation skills.
