- The individual should have 20-25 years experience of working on Business Technology systems, a Techno-Functional expert, managed very large teams across the Retail banking domain.

- The individual would play a key role in strategic discussions with the Business and IT teams to ensure deliverables are met up withing accepted time lines with the business.

- The person would be involved in provide technology solutions for all types of retail business requirements and identify automation requirements.
