Senior Vice President - Business Strategy - Financial Services (15-20 yrs)
- TresVista is a leading provider of outsourced services to institutions including but not limited to analysis, data analytics and research
- Founded in late 2006 by 2 ex-Merrill lynch bankers
- Strength is 500 people and growing its client and revenue base at 50%+
- Strong global client base - Primarily Private Equity firms, Boutique Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates, and Family offices
Overview :
- A multi-faceted role requiring the individual to independently manage business center(s) holistically
- Assisting the Management to create processes and controls for operational functions in the delivery center
- Responsible for setting Business Strategy and for providing leadership and vision for the long-term growth of the organization
- An individual at this position will be part of the top 1% of the senior professionals at TresVista
Roles & Responsibilities :
Strategy & Vision :
- Ensuring that TresVista is adhering to the strategic plan and keep up with the growth
- Providing analytical support to Management including the development of internal management reporting capabilities for the center
- Maintaining continuous lines of communication/ reporting and keeping the Management informed of all critical issues
- Building & maintaining strong relationships across internal departments for the smooth functioning
- Having good understanding of cost allocation concepts and practices, margin/profit and loss management and cost reductions
- Setting up of business operations, and expansion of offices
- Automating business functions and helping increase efficiency
Team Development & Leadership :
- Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
- Structured and analytical approach with a focus on process improvement
- Establishing a controlled & disciplined framework to ensure quality deliverables
- Assigning clear responsibilities and building strong team performance resiliency
Prerequisites :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a management role reporting to MDs/Founders/ CEOs
- Proven ability to enhance operational excellence and organizational change within a rapidly growing organization
- Strong mentoring and coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
- Entrepreneurial team player with excellent multitasking skill
- Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict management
Compensation : Commensurate with industry standards
