Senior Vice President/Business Head - Sales - Tech Startup (10-14 yrs)
This 5 year old, well-funded start-up is India's premier doorstep car services, repairs and maintenance online platform and is a one-stop solution for all car care needs.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Lays down business expansion and growth charter in partnership with the CEO and leadership team.
- Owns revenue end-to-end for services business inclusion conversion metrics across all channels and overall profitability.
- Leads service fulfillment and draws overall charter for continuous improvement in speed, quality and cost.
- Understands the automobile & servicing market well and ensures continuous innovation to be competitive.
- Responsible for overall spares business roadmap, strategy and growth.
- Responsible for key revenue and quality metrics across the automobile services business.
- Responsible for overseeing and approving hiring plans across the services business.
- Ensures manpower is adequately trained and developed & builds a talent pipeline for growth.
- Drives necessary behaviours across service ops to achieve cost, CX and scalability targets.
- Works closely with demand teams (online & offline) to ensure revenue, conversion & retention targets are met.
- Liaisons with other corporate function leaders to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
Qualifications and Experience :
- 8-12 years experience with at least 4-6 years in business/growth leadership role.
- MBA from top-tier institutions would be preferred.
- Experience in partnering with CXOs.
- Experience in leading business/ growth/ revenue efforts at strong B2C brands would be desirable.
- Startup/Entrepreneurial experience would be desirable.
- Deep analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and passion to deliver value.
- Understands automobile & servicing market, consumers and competitors.
