Company :   - Indian Business House with interest in FMCG and Retail business  - The incumbent will be responsible for managing all the complete Dairy Business and responsible for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets for the organization.   - The individual will need to drive the business and lead the team, provide vision for the organization.   - Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities in dairy business.  - The individual will be responsible for implementing the approved business strategy/plans in the country.   - The icumbent will oversee the preparation of departmental/functional budgets that are in consonance with the Company annual budget and business strategy.  Identifying & grounding new business Opportunities :  - Will continuously look for expanding the current operations in manufacturing, trading & services. He will also scan the environment for new opportunities for growth.  - Prepare the feasibility reports, conduct market surveys, enlist experts and establish the techno economic viability of new ventures to seek approval of the Promoters/Directors. Once approved, he will take all necessary steps to implement such Projects within the envisaged time and budget.   Environment Management :  Will be responsible for independently forging and maintaining cordial relationships with all stakeholders customers, suppliers, lenders, government agencies at local, state and national level including at the highest levels of Government, Banks etc.   Qualification/Years of Experience :  - Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably from Premier Institute/college.  - Minimum 20 years of experience in well reputed company setup with strong understanding of Dairy Sales and Marketing. preference would be from Dairy segment.   - Experience in Dairy/ FMCG companies preferred. Incumbent should have atleast ten years oof experience in FMCG / Dairy companies.
