Senior Urban Planner - Infrastructure Projects

- Minimum 15 years experience in preparing Master Plan/ City Development Plan/ Zonal Development Plan.

- Having experience in implementing of projects like integrated planning, integrated land use planning and Infrastructure planning for public works such as water supply, sewerage, electricity, telecommunication, urban transport and infrastructure.

- Experience in Development Control Regulations, Rehabilitation & Resettlement and land management tools like land pooling, TDR etc.

- Knowledge of Urban rejuvenation, urban renewal, redevelopment, traffic management and environment management.

- Masters in Urban Planning or M.Arch. or M.Plan.
