Your main tasks: - Drafting private debt contractual documents (promissory notes, loan agreements, waivers) with assistance of Legal Department. - Working closely with Investee and Investment Officers for obtaining and tracking various Constitutional, Legal, Financial & Regulatory documents. - Analyze these documents for consistency with internal policy and AML guidelines. Undertake necessary steps to remedy any discrepancies or non-compliant document. - Tracking fund cash flow activity (from capital calls and distributions notices to disbursements and principal repayments). - Trade Execution and post processing covering all asset classes including derivatives. - Working closely with Head of Transactions to ensure team members adhere to relevant procedures and carry out processes within required timeframes. - Managing projects including onboarding new brokers and trading counterparties, ongoing automation of operational tasks, and assisting with research and implementation for new product launches in line with the scope of the Transactions team. Your experience and skills: - Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. - 5 years or more of work experience with private equity (fund of fund)/debt fund structures in Middle Office - Good Understanding of Legal and Operational matters relevant to investment funds - Experience supporting the automation of manual processes - Proficiency in English; any other additional language is considered an asset - Efficient, accurate and independent work style; able to work in close cooperation with team members across different geographies, interested in working in a culturally diverse environment - Ability to plan and provide structured training to a new joiner(s) ensuring technical development - Analytical skills, ability to stick to tight timelines and strong organizational and planning skills - Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments
