Job Title : Senior - Trade Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10-18 years

Role and responsibilities:

To manage Bank's offering in trade financing and services through product development, digital deliveries, process enhancements, transactional solutions and structured trade solutions to clients.

Managing Trade Products for the Bank -

- Ensuring Product programs for all Trade products and optimal returns through right product mix for capital employed

- Ensuring Bank have complete suite of Trade Products in line with market developments

- Work with internal stakeholders like legal, compliance etc.

Wallet Share in Trade Products:

Assist business team in sizing up potential revenue from trade products and in identifying opportunities.

Drive business through structured trade financing, Factoring, SCF etc.- Solving client requirements, helping in documentation & implementation

End to End customer experience to deliver trade products -

- Managing Documentation , Managing standard charges, process exception matrix

- Work with operations to ensure best in class turn-around time.

- Drive digital offerings of the Bank in the field of Trade Financing & Services

- Ensuring Bank have best in class digital solutions for our clients

- Ensuring early adoption of technological disruptions observed in markets

Center of Excellence :

Hub & Spoke for handling client queries & non-straight through transactions

Ensuring our product offerings are regulatory compliant

Key Skills:

1) Expert in trade financing products, regulations & FEMA.

2) Experience in Structured Trade Financing Products

3) Well versed with emerging technologies in Trade domain

4) Good communication skills

Qualification - Post Graduate, MBA /CA
