Designation: Senior Technology and Solutions

Experience: 18 to 20 years with Strong communication, technical architecture, design, solutions, presales, team handling & customer management skills.

Education: BE (IT/CS) / MCA/ B tech

Certifications desired: Technology certification, Architecture certifications like TOGAF

General Profile skillsets:

- Good exposure of building enterprise level solutions or building products / platforms

- Good exposure to Cloud, AI/BI and other technology solutions area

- High exposure in Open source technologies but some exposure to Microsoft and proprietary platforms

- Extensive involvement in solutions, presales, technology consulting

- Exposure to working in large teams

- Overall owning the technology solution implementation and technical quality aspects

Roles and Responsibility:

- Own up new opportunities from Presales and help acquire new customers

- Own Customer engagements for customer relations/satisfaction, solutions, technical quality, consulting, harvesting growth opportunities

- Technical reviews and audits

- Drive the technical teams in building and growing practices

- Review of Architecture, solutions, proposals, estimates

- Prepare marketing collaterals and contribute to website / online marketing content

- Customer Satisfaction Monitoring through regular Customer Engagement and timely issue / escalation management

- Drive new technology initiatives within organization

- Own internal technical knowledge group and overall technical quality by establishing best practices and guidelines

- Active contribution in organization learning and knowledge management

- Build overall expertise and maturity through training and mentoring based on skill gap assessment
