Senior Technology Leader - Capital Markets/Risk Management System

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technology initiatives in brokerage risk management with a focus on reliability, scalability, and compliance.

- Manage the complete product lifecycle-from requirement gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure and regulator-ready solutions.

- Drive platform evolution, API development, and third-party integration strategies.

- Represent the technology function in discussions with regulators, stakeholders, and external partners.

- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions.

- Break down complex, abstract problems into actionable solutions with clear execution plans.

- Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and accountability within the engineering team.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Proven experience in Capital Markets and Risk Management in brokerage technology.

- Demonstrated leadership across multiple full-lifecycle product developments.

- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/DevOps).

- Hands-on experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.

- Strong experience working within regulatory frameworks and with regulatory bodies.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills; able to articulate trade-offs clearly.
