Senior Technology Director - AdTech - Media - IIT/BITS/NIT (15-20 yrs)
Senior Director Technology( AdTech) for a media company based out at Mumbai
- Will have end to end responsibility of technology solutions implementation and operations of Adtech and for all aspects of software engineering to deliver world class Ad planning and proposal technology for our customers and internal users
- Develop a strong working knowledge of how our end-to-end business works today as well as our vision for the future
- Work with the Business to understand the business vision, develop a targeted functional architecture, analyze and document current systems, lead build/buy assessments, develop a roadmap for development and integration, develop success metrics and KPIs, execute the roadmap and ensure intended business results are achieved
- Manage and solve technical aspects of sprints running across internal teams and vendors
- Lead the Technology Adtech team and work closely with the stake holders from Product, Data Science and the Business team
- Accountable for scalability, security and resilience of the entire Adtech infrastructure
- Manage and adhere to implementation timelines strictly
Education and Experience:
- BTech or B.E. from a Tier 1 premier institution is a must, Someone with 15-18 years experience in Technology and sound experience & knowledge of Adtech & Digital Media technologies
- Demonstrated track record of building excellent technology teams
- Must be with an experience of working on products which has a scale of millions of customers on a daily basis
- Should have managed multiple/complex projects at the same time
