Responsible for the following :
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (social media platforms, professional networks, job portals etc).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
What we look for :
- 5 to 8 years of work experience in technical hiring.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hunger to grow in the company.
- Can work in high-pressure situations and completely hands-on; the knack to hustle and get the job done.
