The Sr. Technical Expert will be part of Custom Applications team under Enterprise IT organization. This position requires extensive experience in web and mobile application development. An individual who has managed 10+ members team of PM/tech-leads / Developers. This position requires ability to manage application landscape (env), comprehend business requirements, technical architecture, solution designing, handle technical challenges and Support team of tech-lead & developers on their day-to-day tasks

Experience in Managing application environment / landscape. The gate keeper for any new application/ enhancement deployments verifying testing results and verifying code merges.

- Experience in managing Project PMs / Technical Leads.

- Experience in managing & leading business requirement discussions, technical and solution designing, functional perspective and propose robust design recommendations

- Understand clients business needs and make recommendations and technology suggestions to solve problems and improve efficiency.

- Complete all tasks related to technical analysis, POCs, helping technical leads in resolving the technical problems, code reviews in accordance with the IT development life cycle.

- Always confirm to documentation, coding, and quality standards as defined.

- Review discussion and work within agreed timescales and feedback to project managers any variances arising as tasks are performed.

- Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable maintenance of the environments.

- Effective Communication with internal and external customers, supervisors and management.

Required Skills

- Individual with experience as Technical & Solution Architect with excellent knowledge on Microsoft stack with extensive coding hands-on experience.

- Should have experience of leading technical PM / leads and developers.

- 15+ years of overall experience with minimum 3+ years as Architect & Solution designing.

Application development, with experience in following technologies - C#, ASP.NET, Angular 10+, Web API, Serverless, React JS, Node JS, MVC, Entity Framework 4.5+, LINQ, Windows Applications, Windows Services, CSS, jQuery, SQL 2012/2014, required.

- Good Knowledge on dashboard reporting and data management & migration.

- Manage the environments, capacity planning and periodical maintenance activities.

- Continuously work on managing & fixing security issue raised on the platform and applications.

- Manage the code merges, review, build and deploy all changes, enhancements, bugfixes and new versions to QA and PROD with proper roll-back plans.

- Experience on CI/CD Tools and Dev-Ops Deployment Experience.

- Hands-On experience with version control like GIT, TFS.

- Detailed knowledge of Web Application Development standards, Security principles, Database design is required.

- Proven ability to work on complex solutions, interfacing with large corporate systems required.

- Rapid Application Development and Agile Development experience required.
