Just a few years old, the co. already employs over a 100 bright full-time staff and is expanding rapidly in newer territories and strengthening its existing presence. THE SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT WOULD BE SOMEONE WITH: - Leadership experience &amp; traits to drive technical projects and lead in an innovative and fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of technical projects. S/he should be effectively inspire computer science teams to innovate, invent, implement and deploy complex software solutions in a commercial, mission-critical environment - Experience in ensuring test-driven development for robustness, usability, reliability, security and performance - Ability to continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies / tools to maximize development efficiency and productivity - Effective collaboration to partner closely with product manager/s to create, drive and deliver innovative, compelling and user-friendly products. The person must have a creative burst of the deep technical insights that product management teams need to build the right product for users - Track record of developing and growing engineering talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies in a fast growth, highly competitive environment CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: - Strong at technical architecture. Designs and builds for scale - Strong at OOPS, algorithms and data structures - Strong at cross-platform mobile-first web development methodologies. Strong at front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS/ReactJS, JQuery, and on back-end technologies like Django, CI/Laravel/Yii 2.0, Unix OS, SQL, NoSQL, Nginx, Apache - Strong at solid documentation and testing protocols, including automated testing, across all products - Strong at Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins/Travis/Circle CI - Has knowledge of data analytics tools such as Elastic (ELK) stack
