Sr. Team Member - Voice Fraud Prevention - GRC Hiring for India's largest conglomerate Broad objective of the role : - The team monitors Voice traffic to detect any suspicious pattern and notify to the Customers and Internal teams, for their advice and action. - This is primarily done on 24-7 basis to minimize the potential fraud loss / fraud disputes. Below are few major task which need to be taken care : - Monitoring of Voice traffic - Supporting off-role team members during shifts - Exploring the existing telecom frauds trends / market practice - Resolving the Customer/Internal SPOCs queries - Preparation of Reports / MIS Key Role Deliverables : Performing various activities under Fraud Monitoring and Prevention operations such as : a) Monitoring of suspicious Voice traffic with effective closure of fraud alerts. b) Defining new rules and validation of existing rules. c) Performing Audit/Quality Check (QC) of alerts closed by team d) Preparation of MIS and Reports for Senior Management 2) Conduct timely and thorough Investigation of Fraud cases / fraudulent usage i.e., analysis of fraud dispute cases and taking corrective actions. 3) Other key responsibilities/deliverables such as : a) Database maintenance and updating the relevant master files b) Exploring the new fraud risk areas and expanding the existing fraud coverage. c)Troubleshoot data-related problems and support to function PERFORMANCE METRICS ; 1. Timely tracking and analysis of fraud alerts 2. Timely closure of issues 3. Periodical review of fraud risk management 4. Voice traffic monitoring support (shift work) 5. Handling queries from Internal / External Stakeholders - as and when - B.E./ B.Tech or other equivalent qualification - Minimum 2+ years experience in Telecom Fraud Prevention and other Revenue Assurance activities Key Internal Product team, Accounts Management team, Network team, Sales team, Market Management team, Routing Management team & Billing team Other knowledge/skills : - Experience in handling Fraud Management tools and knowledge of Fraud Monitoring process for Voice traffic - Knowledge of Telecom equipment's like Network, Switches, Routers, Mediation, Billing system etc. - Knowledge of Advance MS Excel, MS access, MS-PowerPoint, Power BI and Basic SQL - Good Communication, Email writing and Interpersonal skills - Customer focused & Problem Solver - Data Handling and Analytical Skills
