The designation is open to discussion depending upon relevant experience and compensation shall be best in industry Title: Senior Specialist - Talent Development Location: Hyderabad Type of position: Full Time Primary responsibilities will include: Core work responsibilities will include end-to-end program management, strategy generation to address learning needs, vendor management, data analysis and reporting, and opportunities to lead projects independently. Additionally, the candidate will gain exposure to various facets of the training processes and an opportunity to gain strategic talent development expertise from high-caliber colleagues in a collegial environment. Required Skills - The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Human Resources with 2-3 years of work experience and a record of academic success. - Passion for the talent development domain, excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to learn quickly, and keen attention to detail are required. - Knowledge of MS Excel is an added plus. Candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment will excel in this role. - An educational background in psychology or sociology is beneficial, but not mandatory. Education: Candidate must have MBA from Top Ranked Colleges (preferably from Tier 1 and Tier 2 business schools)
