Senior Talent Acquisition Role - Leadership Hiring - Non IT - AdTech - IIM/TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all leadership role hiring majorly Non-IT.
- Responsible for E2E recruitment by attracting and hiring top talents at all levels/ Grades across Technology, Revenue, Operations, Enabling functions through different sources such as Direct Sourcing, Internal database(ATS), different Job portals, networking, referral, advertisement, Campus Hiring, Events etc.
- Maintaining a good track record in building and maintaining candidate's relationship to ensure fast interview process, providing feedback and offering candidates on time.
- Will be working closely with the stakeholder during the entire hiring process by conducting weekly in person sync up, updating, maintaining and publishing them weekly dashboard to successfully achieve target efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinating with the candidate throughout the entire interview process to provide best candidate.
Note: Preferably from Top B-School Pass out with relevant experience into hardcore recruitment and immediate joiner.
