Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Healthcare Services (15-20 yrs)
This early-stage tech start up is in the emergency response space. It is well backed by leading PE firms and investors. They are already present in multiple cities and 70+ locations pan India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
2. Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership and mid-career.
3. Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
4. Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
5. Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
6. Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
7. Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
8. Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience -
1. 15+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition role.
2. Experienced Talent Acquisition executive with a strong and proven track record.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Interested in continuing to source or be involved in recruitment efforts.
5. Hands-on personality with proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills, no task is too small.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
