Our client is a growing public accounting consulting firm, with significance presence in US. They are expanding their HR team in Global delivery centre.
They are looking to hire experienced talent acquisition who is specialist in US tax hiring.
Job Descriptions:
- End-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, coordinating with hiring managers, documentation, offer and post-offer management.
- Adhering to level-wise TAT
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Being a Brand and Talent Ambassador on various platforms such as LinkedIn
- Data Management
- Maintaining appropriate Hiring Manager satisfaction
- Providing great candidate experience
- Identifying new cost-effective sourcing channels
- Willing to assist with ad hoc projects.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably from top consulting firms managing US taxation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to ATS tools
- Effective stakeholder management
- Willing to Work from the Office.
