Position - SAP SuccessFactors - HR LEAD Exp : 6 - 12 Years Job Purpose : - Responsible for successful end to end delivery and management of SAPSF. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various modules to drive and manage teams and interact closely with multiple stakeholders ensuring effective Change management &amp; User adoption. Expectations : - Support User teams during/post Go-Live production phase and afterwards to ensure successful change management with highest customer satisfaction - Experience in troubleshooting issues, and driving user adoption - Should keep abreast of relevant new SAPSF features / releases and keep user community updated to draw the optimum tool benefit Key Job Responsibilities : - Act as an SAP HR and SuccessFactors subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance - Lead and/or support cutover preparation, go-live activities and hypercare support - Understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points - Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures - Act as Change lead and ensure User Training for an effective system adoption - Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment Experience : - Minimum 4-5 years experience with successful implementations of the SuccessFactors - SAP SuccessFactors professional with valid certification is desirable in atleast one or two modules (RCM / ONB/ EC/ PMGM/ Comp / Learning/ Succession Planning). EC certification is mandatory - Additional qualification - 02 years of functional experience in Human Resources in any industry in India - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualification : - Preferred - Graduate in Math &amp; Stats - B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
