Job Role
The Trade specialist role would be to enhance the Bank's product offering and augment the sales effort for Cross border Trade business.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce/conceptualize new products and processes in line with market offerings
- Review and create /modify processes to enhance the customer experience in cross border trades
- Aid customers in the complex cross border (current and capital account) transactions
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes and propose the desired product/process changes
- Liaison with internal compliance and external regulatory authorities to resolve customer issues/complex transactions
- Develop the strategy to optimize customer revenues from trade business
- Digitization initiatives / analytics
- Collaboration with stakeholders
- SPOC for Treasury for assimilating customer feedback on trade and problems faced at an All India Level and take up with internal stakeholders
Skill Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Cross border trade products and understanding of the broad range of Transaction banking
- Experience in Trade product or Trade Sales role
- Thorough understanding of regulations
- Leadership skills
