Senior Specialist - Technical Campus Hiring Role - Hyderabad

- You'll be responsible for planning and executing all on-campus recruitment activities, including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews, as well as our campus engagement strategy.

- You'll play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining our campus recruitment strategies for all our technology groups.

- In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with leading engineering colleges, while working closely with key stakeholders, to attract and engage the right talent.

- You'll be spearheading initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, and will also expected to champion recruitment best practices within the team.

- In this role, you'll be updating and monitoring our online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and reporting on entry hiring statistics, as requested.
