Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition - IT - IIM/TISS/SCMHRD/XLRI (3-5 yrs)

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY :
- Playing a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for our finance groups across our business units (Financial Research, Financial Operations, and Corporate Finance).
- Manage hiring requirements end to end (which includes but not restricted to requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviews) and build a collaborative relationship, partner closely with Hiring Managers and ensure flawless execution & delivery.
- Driving and enhancing various recruitment programs for our global operations as well as streamlining the existing processes.
- Leading initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team. Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.
- Obtain & maintain documentation & data to support operational efficiency & compliance requirements.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- The ideal candidate would be an MBA from a top-tier business school with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience. In Addition to this, the candidate should:
- Possess solid knowledge of end to end recruitment process.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Have a good grasp on sourcing from different platforms.
- Be adept in performing market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Have the ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.
- Have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Have a proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
