Client: Into Insurance & Reinsurance Work Location: - Mumbai (Powai) Working Days: - Monday - Friday Timing: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM (centralized pick up and drop available) Mandatory: - 6 to 9 years of experience in strategy consulting, research (quantitative and qualitative | secondary and primary) experience, at a leading professional services / strategy consulting firm, public policy set-ups, financial service captives, or leading market intelligence / research firms Requirement: - Masters / Bachelors in Economics or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / equivalent post-graduation certification in Business Administration from a reputed institute - CFA/GARP FRM / CERT CII / ARM / RMP - Exposure in delivering consulting assignments, building frameworks, drawing data driven insights and performing statistical analysis aligned to the - Sales Strategy- focusing on clients / prospects, markets, sectors, competitors, products and regulatory developments - Strong foundation of quantitative research including clarity on statistical concepts with ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Deep understanding of financial concepts - Strong understanding of strategy frameworks (Porter's 5 forces, BCG Matrix, McKinsey 7s etc.) and their applications in bringing out cutting edge insights - Experience in strategic risk consulting, enterprise risk management, quantitative risk modelling, risk - based financial planning or insurance / re-insurance related research or advisory support in related verticals - Working knowledge / foundational clarity of data analytics and visualization including tools and techniques (Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R etc.) Job Role: - In this role, you will work with the onshore team to help clients across industries better quantify and manage risk - Team provide clients with strategic advice and innovative solutions across a wide range of insurable and non-insurable risks - Opportunity to problem solve and work with a high performing team in a fast-paced environment. Current team consist of individuals with expertise in strategic risk consulting,enterprise risk management, emerging risk and cyber security domains - Should invest in knowing our business and gaining exposure of products, propositions and our service delivery framework. Should have successfully lead consulting / advisory / research support on the delivery of at least two projects with minimal direction from the onshore team - Deliver high-impact research and consulting engagements - Advisory leaders, strategy and sales & marketing communities within the firm - Own the end-to-end project delivery process for team - from scoping to planning to implementation. Manage delivery of multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing of tasks between project members astutely - Maintaining high standard of deliverables across practice and ensuring high level of adherence to the research process. Defining and documenting the quality standards / QC checklist for all research work types - Maintain a regular stakeholder interaction for constant flow of information on delivery status, expectations, exceptions, process changes and new opportunities - Develops strong relationships with stakeholders through high quality project delivery, responsiveness and agile and clear communication. Problem solve with stakeholders on live consulting projects for better client outcomes - Contribute to process improvement of the team by making relevant recommendations and executing the process initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of overall delivery - Manage a team of 2-4 members and mentor research specialist and analysts and/or fellow colleagues based on the role requirements and the learning path. Work with the senior manager /manager and are calibrated in achieving a &gt;80% employee satisfaction goal. Maintain team attrition at not higher than 10% and suggest measures proactively to keep this in check - Assist the team management in defining training needs, put together a training need analysis and support the strategic research team management in driving the goal of personal development - Report & highlight exceptions in projects, delivery processes, people, policies
