Job Description - As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you know that improving recruitment systems directly improves client satisfaction and candidate experience. - Combining your expertise of recruitment processes and your understanding of company objectives, you focus on optimizing the current and future recruiting processes. Helping in implementation of Workday as an ATS. Automation of Reports - Integrating various reports and conducting or initiating reference checks Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - You excel at advancing functions and tools within the recruiting team to include the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing channels. - You promote recruiting excellence by working closely with the recruiting team to analyze data and trends and implement strategic improvements. - You propel recruitment efforts through regular progress reports on team activity and metrics to the recruitment leaders. You will leverage reporting tools using various systems and conduct analysis to succinctly summarize information. You will assist in maintaining all recruiting management records, data and metrics as well as the management of candidate records. - You will work to maintain relationships with external vendors that include raising all vendor bills and that its paid-on time. Track the recruitment budget expenses. - You will also partner with different teams within HR to ensure a seamless process at transition points such as onboarding. - Execute the offer process, including establishing salary ranges, other incentives available, start date, etc., with Human Resources partners and hiring manager. Your responsibilities will include employment offer release. - Follow up on offer acceptance and joining dates. Flag out offer issues to the respective recruiter. - Ensure background verification is done - Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor/Master's degree or its equivalent in education - 4-8 years of experience in Recruitment Operations - Expert in MS Excel (Any other advanced MS tools for presentation will be an added advantage) - Ability to manage multiple time critical projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting priorities - High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive - Excellent creativity in terms of both strategic solutions and tactical ideas - Metrics and numbers-oriented by nature - Natural blend towards looking for ways to improve workflows and processes
