Role : The Talent Team is responsible for the sourcing, screening, recruitment, selection, learning &amp; development and on-boarding of junior talent into Wiley - mthree's client base in the financial services and commercial sectors. Sr. Recruitment Specialist is an essential part of the Talent team and is responsible for all the processes within the department. Responsibilities : - Be responsible for the delivery and end-to-end recruitment of constant, high quality and readily available technical candidates for Wiley - mthree's Alumni offering. - Research and analyze new target markets. - Business management of the Mthree Expert and Alumni employee bench. - Source, screen and evaluate candidates for our clients - through conventional campus hiring and other unconventional means. - Create effective talent screening processes aligned to different job roles - both technical and behavioral. - Conduct and coordinate multi-stage assessments and interviews. - Use data-driven metrics to continuously optimize recruitment. - Partner with Business Development and Client Services teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our Alumni programme requirements. - Build strong relationships with candidates through regular contact by telephone and email. - Maintain a professional image of the Company through providing a professional service to all candidates. - Ensure the internal candidate database is fully up to date at all times and complete for reporting purposes. - Prepare reports as required on candidates, interviews and placements. - Deliver and exceed targets. - Record all relevant activity on Salesforce. Essential Skills and Experience : - 7+ years proven technical recruitment experience with product companies/global banks. - Technical background with reasonable coding knowledge. - Deep understanding of campus recruitment processes, placement trends, assessment tools and industry best practices. - Familiar with use of psychometric/behavioral assessment tools. - Driven to succeed and motivated by a target driven environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Able to multi-task and juggle competing priorities. - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. - Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferably) - Excellent MS Office Skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) - Line management and mentoring experience - preferred
