Senior Specialist - Legal - Software License Agreements

- Primary responsibilities include reviewing a variety of agreements in support of the firm's trading strategies

- Providing assistance to ensure adherence with ISDA protocols, give-up agreements, SIA 151 execution agreements, and related trading agreements/documentation. 

- The role will further involve reviewing and negotiating data and software license agreements and technology agreements; reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements for goods and services, consulting agreements, event contracts, engagement letters, and non-disclosure agreements with potential counterparties and vendors. 

- The successful candidate will collaborate with attorneys in other global offices on various agreements and miscellaneous projects.
