Senior Specialist - Legal - IT

Job Description :

- Drafting and vetting of all customer contracts, RFP, SOW, etc. related to Company. This will be for all Business Units of Company.

- Drafting and vetting of joint development agreements, product partner agreements, and other similar agreements.

- Negotiating and closing all such contracts (pursuant to the bullet- points above).

- Monitor compliance by Company (where Company is the vendor) of all contractual conditions by the Firm and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure that compliance is done.

- Drafting and vetting of all software procurement and similar contract where the company is the buyer in relation to a project. This will be for all Business Units of the firm.

- Provide legal advice on contracts.
