Job opportunity in Mumbai for a professional holding at least 6+ years' of experience in Learning & Development. You will participate in Learning - development, delivery and management.

Responsibilities:

- Designing & developing new- eLearning courses and convert and maintain existing eLearning courses

- Consult and design and development of learning experiences including classroom learning

- Sourcing, selection and curation of learning resources

- Participating in establishment of design and development standards and manage content library

- Understanding the learning needs and requirements from leaders across the globe

- Documenting learning needs and requirements and participating in the development of proposed solutions

- Administering the learning data in various LMS this includes processing attendance, transcript, historical data and maintaining learning catalogue

- Creating and maintaining content, links & schedules

- Conducting data analysis and managing reports

Requirements:

- Post graduate having 6+ years of experience in learning & development domain

- Expertise in designing, developing, delivering and managing training programs

- Should have working knowledge of LMS and able to analyse and manage data

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suit

- Excellent communication skills should be able to communicate with cross functional & global teams

- Ability to manage work in high demanding and complex environment

- Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change
