Key Responsibilities: 1. The person will be responsible for ensuring organization remain compliant and becomes an Employer of Choice 2. The position serves as a consultant to management on all C&B related issues. 3. The successful C&amp;B partner acts as an champion for total rewards. 4. The role assesses and anticipates C&amp;B-related needs. 5. Role will bring in integrated solutions across various roles with Compensation and Benefits. 6. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. 7. Oversee the administration of global benefits policies 8. Ensure compliance of benefits policies with local regulatory reporting requirements 9. Running reporting and analysis 10. Support and drive all audit requirements Requirements: 1. Masters degree in human resources or finance or related field 2. 6+ years of compensation and benefits experience, preferred with experience with an international organization 3. Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, including moderate to complex modelling and analysis 4. Experience using an HRIS application and reporting 5. Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills 6. Proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 8. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and navigate in a highly fast paced environment&nbsp; 9. Ability to manage confidential &amp; sensitive information 10. Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others. Demonstrate strong decision-making and organizational skills Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements. 11. Ability to work with various external vendor partners for payroll, compliance, insurance and internal partners
