Job Description :

Accountabilities : 

Key Performance Indicators : 

- Keeping a check on the overall ambiance of the Terminal by allowing use of finishes as per the international standards and norms Execution of unit that is going to be added

- Inclusion of new elements like various art works, new materials for the finishing works, elements required for functional and up-gradation purposes etc. Competition factor-Based on the response which other competitors are getting for their innovative initiatives

- Keeping a check on the new functional requirements by taking inputs from the concerned departments Requirement Analysis and solution in the form of conceptual sketches and layouts and sometimes design review

- Maintenance of the overall finishes, where the damage can be caused due to some other department's works In time co-ordination with other departments and providing solution as per the need

- Keeping a check on the haphazard /uncontrolled execution activities, leading to non-aesthetical items or elements. By standardization of execution methodology and design standards of each item to be executed at site
